Before and During: Work Shirt Edition (click for better quality)
The photo on the left was taken at my highest weight back in June of 2011 and the one on the right was taken just a couple of weeks ago in February of 2012. Since then I have lost almost 70 pounds, drastically altered my mental health and body image, and started to love my body. I’m no longer the depressed, self-loathing, lifeless girl I was back then. I have grown and changed into an energetic, self-loving, confident woman. And I could not have asked for more of an amazing transformation.
As of now I’m only a little over halfway to my final goal weight, and I’m looking forward to the second half of this journey. Thanks to everyone that has followed me and supported me along the way. You guys truly are the best <3
